Domestic Shipping 

We currently only ship within the US.

Shipping Rates 

We charge a $15 flat rate on all orders under $50, and offer FREE SHIPPING on orders that are $50 or over.

Shipment Processing Times

All Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped..

Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns. Items returned will not be accepted for credit for any reason. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact Customer Support at support@latitudebeverage.com immediately.

Replacement

If your order arrives incorrectly, is damaged or the products do not match the description, you must notify Customer Support within 14 days of receipt. Please include your order confirmation number, images of the items received, and a description of the issue. If we determine that the items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, we will send replacement items as deemed necessary
